Spicy chicken in sesame seeds in a Moulinex slow cooker

Ingredients

Chicken thighs or other chicken parts 1 kg
sesame seeds 0.5 cups
honey 2 tbsp. l.
freshly squeezed lemon juice 1 tsp
soy sauce 7 tbsp. l.
ground red pepper 2 tbsp. l.
flour 1 tbsp. l.
egg 1 PC.
vegetable oil for frying approximately
salt taste

Cooking method

  • Owners of other MV, instead of the "Low pressure" mode, can set the "Extinguish" mode and increase the time.
  • Cut the chicken into portions (I had legs). Combine the red pepper, soy sauce, honey and lemon juice. Marinate the chicken in this mixture for 3-5 hours. Then drain the marinade. Place the chicken pieces in a colander and drain off the excess marinade.
  • Beat the egg. Roll the chicken pieces in flour, then in an egg and sesame seeds.
  • Set MV to the "Browning" mode and fry them on both sides until golden brown for 5-7 minutes. Then I put it in the "Frying vegetables" mode and covered it with a lid. I cooked for another 5 minutes. Then I put it in the "Low Pressure" mode for 10 minutes.
  • It turned out to be a spicy and awesomely tasty chicken!

Sorry, but 2 tbsp. l. red pepper - is that too much? In general, I really like spicy, but it seems to me - it's too much! A matter of taste, of course.
