Potato baskets with appetizing filling

Ingredients

For the test:
potatoes 400g
egg 1 PC
flour 100g
vegetable oil 1 tbsp. l.
turmeric 1 tsp
salt 1 tsp
Filling:
boiled chicken 100g
any fried mushrooms (champignons) 100g
raw carrots 1 PC
soft melted cheese (in my case Viola) 150g
cream 20% 100ml
egg 1 PC
ground black pepper taste
fresh parsley and dill taste

Cooking method

  • Boil the potatoes in their uniforms, cool and clean. Then grate on a fine grater and combine with the rest of the ingredients, knead the dough. Put the potato mass in muffin tins greased with vegetable oil, spread over the entire surface and make sides.
  • Cut the chicken fillet into cubes, add the fried mushrooms. Combine cream, egg and cheese, beat, add fillet with mushrooms, grated carrot and seasonings.
  • Fill the baskets with the filling. Bake the dish in the oven for 35 minutes at 180 gr.
  • And in order for the baskets to retain their shape, they need to be carefully turned onto a plate and knocked properly with a knife handle on the bottom of the mold until the basket pops out onto the plate.
