Maybe there was such a topic, but I can't find it. Yesterday I tried to make jam in the Mulinex bread maker. Before that I did it in Panasonic. In Moulinex, it starts stirring so much that the ingredients just scatter, now they are washed. In Panasonic it was somehow smooth, nothing splashed. Is this a malfunction or a feature? cover with foil? Why does it stir so much cold and raw food?

I also want to try the jam, but I'm afraid, I've read on the internet that jam spoils the coating of the bucket

For a long time I did not dare to cook jam in my Moulinex ... Today for the first time in 2 years I cooked apricot jam according to the recipe: 450 g of apricots (ground in a blender), 450 g of sugar, 20 ml of lemon juice. I cooked on the "Jam" program for 1 hour 05 minutes. I have Moulinex 502430. The jam is excellent. Only in fear of ruining the bucket, after cooking, I soaked it for a very long time and periodically scrolled the shafts, changed the water more than once. For some, even without boiling jam, shafts are wedged, etc. - that's how lucky someone is. So I'll cook the jam, occasionally and little by little, I think you can cook -1 kg of berries at a time. Of course, good, laid the products and don't stand near the stove. I like it!

I cooked jam in Moulinex again and my fruit and sugar were mixed normally and nothing scattered. Everything was stirred evenly, I didn't even have to worry, but when it began to boil, it was somehow hotter on the sides than it was in the middle, and I thought that my jam would be fried to the bucket, but no. Everything was cooked fine.

And I had to change the bucket after cooking the jam (cooked 3 times) then the bucket flowed and everything fell out of it. I decided not to take risks with the new one, I cook it in the microwave a little. Well, my family doesn't eat a lot of jam.

Maybe that's right. I have 2 buckets. I don't cook in the new one, but in the old one (it deteriorated a little over time: the non-stick in some places got off) I try. But then I soak it for a very long time, until everything seems to be fine. I cook occasionally, because, you yourself say, they don't eat much jam now.

What passions are you talking about. I cooked jam four times in mine - strawberry and cherry jam.
The process and the result were very pleasing. Fresh is fresh. Eat with pastries for a sweet soul.
And before, they were also indifferent to jam. In HP it turns out to be something special, delicious.
Even now I'm thinking of freezing berries by half a kilo and boiling in winter, and not spinning

What is your HP? I have a maximum bread weight of 1500. The maximum amount of fruit is 500 grams, the same amount of sugar. During cooking, it opened and interfered, of course, actively, but did not fly apart, the lid was clean, although there was a lot of juice.

I have 2 buckets.
- And this is probably the best option if you use Moulinex to make jam!
I also thought about the second, separate bucket, after years (!) Of use.
Yes, my mule (3101) made jam well. Only with baking bread, in fact, making jam is not very compatible. Either this, or this.
The bucket spoils with jam much more intensely than with just bread / dough alone.

Yes, unfortunately, I also noticed such a feature - too intense stirring.
I covered it with foil.

Why does it stir so much cold and raw food?
This question should probably be addressed to the manufacturer!

I once tried to cook jam in my Mulineshka, it boils very intensely, it burns. Probably still need to add some water.
