Ingredients

beef 500 g
pickle 1 PC.
egg 3 pcs.
fat 100 g
big potato 1 PC.
flour 2 tbsp. l.
ghee 1 tbsp. l.
water, salt, black pepper

Cooking method

  • Cut the meat into 4 flat palm-sized pieces, beat off, salt and pepper. On each piece, put a few pieces of cucumber, eggs, bacon cut into strips, potatoes in strips. Roll up, tie with a string, breaded in an egg, then in flour and fry. After that, pour boiling water so that the meat is completely covered, and simmer until tender. For a side dish, you can serve stewed potatoes, sprinkled with gravy left after stewing.
