Instructions in Korean.
I downloaded it in electronic form, but the text is not copied, so it is not possible to translate it by a translator.

While I was looking, I found many questions on the Internet about this MV and many without answers.
Therefore, I think that this topic will be of interest to many.

Let's figure it out together

Multicooker CUCKOO CRP-M1010FR (Korean)

thanks to internet user VRJJ for the translation.

The program with a question mark in this translation is as follows:

세척 미 (rinse free) - if literally translated from Korean - "washed rice", if from English - "without washing". I asked a Korean woman - after all, it's just a program for cooking rice without rinsing first. According to her, it differs in the amount of water poured in for cooking.
Information from the personal blog of Svetlana Lanouri
@ mazonk @
Please help me how to turn on the multi-cook, or rather choose the time?
VRHP
It's simple - use the left-right arrow buttons to select the Multipovar program, at the moment when it is selected its name blinks on the display and at the same time large numbers blink indicating for how long you are turning on. To set the time after the arrows have reached the desired program, press the lower right button (it is in the same row as the arrows to the right of them). After that, again, use the left-right arrows to set the desired time value. After that, you can run the program for execution like any other with the upper right button
@ mazonk @
VRHP, Thank you, already figured it out.
The video helped a lot vernisag https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=224268.20

good afternoon, I bought such a slow cooker from Korea in January. I partially understood the programs. I can't understand what is regulated by levels from 1 to 16 on some programs? I decided that the power ... I still don't know if I correctly identified the oven, and how to use it.

I would like instructions on how to make boiled pork, jellied meat, yogurt. Can't master heating / heating yet
VRHP
NatSha,
You can download the instructions for our multicooker in English from me 🔗.
I think it will already be possible to understand all the subtleties on it.

A lot of information has already been written about our multicooker, but unfortunately everything is scattered on different forums and in different topics.
For a long time I want to put everything together, but as usual there is not enough time, and it seems that no one really needs it, however, since they continue to sell and buy it, then apparently you still need

I cook jellied meat in a multi-cooker, set the maximum time and fill it with water to the maximum mark. It works for me )

Boiled pork can be found here on the forum a recipe for model 1054, but you just need to take into account that their cooking time for a multi-cook is set differently from ours. They set the cooking time without taking into account the heating time. And we set the total execution time of the program already taking into account the heating time, therefore, when reading recipes for model 1054, keep in mind that on ours you need to set a time longer than indicated in recipes for model 1054.

We don't have a mode for yogurt! But there is a GABA mode that you can use for it, as it allows you to maintain the temperature you need for yogurt for up to six hours as far as I remember! however, then you have to have time to turn off otherwise the yogurt will be fried))) We tried to do it experimentally in this mode - it worked. But as I said, it will not be in automatic mode), since we must not forget to turn it off before the expiration of the set time.
VRHP
TIMER

- turn the knob to the "Closed" position, press the 예약 / 자동 세척 button (middle left) and use the ← 메뉴 / 선택 button → to set the time with the arrows, then press the 확인 button (lower right corner), this will take you to the choice of modes, use the arrows to select the required and press the brewing button 압력 취사 / 백미 쾌속.
Do not forget that 오전 - a.m., 오후 - p.m. The time is set for the one for which you want to get ready-made food (that is, if you are going to have breakfast at 8.00 and put the porridge on the timer, then set 8.00 오전 (a.m.).
In order to use the timer, of course, you must first set the correct time for the internal clock.
NatSha
thank you very much for the instruction!
Apparently you will have to accumulate your knowledge and experience and publish a manual for dummies. There is really a lot of information, but it took me about a week (while she was traveling) to get ready. There are no problems with the main dishes, everything is clear. Here I will master jellied meat and boiled pork and I will be happy as an elephant!
This multicooker is still not cheap (6200 rubles with courier delivery), apparently morally not completely outdated (for heating elements). I deliberately chose the first simpler, I'll get used to it, I'll buy an induction one, I've already decided on the model.
Thanks again!
I started looking for a kitchen machine (not Kenwood, I won't take it for the price) and a robot vacuum cleaner
VRHP
When I bought it two or three years ago, there was no information at all, you can say)
now everything is not terribly described.
6200 with delivery for such a device, I think it's a little! I watched what is sold in our stores, and I did not like anything within 10 thousand of what it costs. Almost nowhere are there even handles on the saucepan ... I don't know how you can do without them

It is no worse than induction) it just cooks a little longer :)

NatSha
I also think so, in stores for 5-10 thousand things are sold that are reluctant to look.
I don't want to be a victim of marketing developments. Previously, there was no opportunity to buy kitchen gadgets and did not know anything. I began to figure it out, and now: a Russian menu was attached to the outdated model and, please, 20,000 rubles! And the one that I chose induction, we sell under the BORK brand for 35,000!
Go crazy, for 35 thousand I will buy myself 4-5 gadgets on the Internet, albeit without translation.

With levels from 1 to 16, the duration of the soaking phase and the heating power are regulated in the original. These are variations, for Koreans to get rice with the desired stickiness%)
Ovens, as such, are not supposed in this model, I baked on the combination "Fast Rice" until shutdown + "Multipovar" for 50-60 minutes, all with a twisted valve and a pressure cutoff. Apple charlotte, boiled chocolate came out great. The boiled pork, though not in this model, but in 0621, was cooked like this - a piece of pork stuffed with garlic, stalk celery, or carrots. Brush with salt and your favorite spices (I had a mixture of peppers + Provencal herbs) and in a slow cooker on "Quick Rice" with the lid open. When the program is over, turn the meat over (you should get a crust and there shouldn't be any liquid on the bottom - if it's damp, run another cycle) and turn on the "Multipovar", the time depending on the piece of meat, everything cooked perfectly in 45 minutes. It is imperative to fry, otherwise too much liquid will come out on the multi-cooker and you will get a very tasty stew, but not boiled pork.
What you wrote about temperatures is the range of possible temperatures in the "Heating" mode. That is, you set a comfortable temperature for you, which will be maintained on this program.
As for the yogurt and dough, try to do this on the warmer. What is the plus of this model - in heating mode, it shows the current temperature. Put the prepared milk with sourdough in a bowl, heat up the temperature to about 40 degrees (not higher), and turn off the multicooker. With the lid closed, the temperature will be maintained for a sufficiently long time. You can check the internal temperature by periodically pressing the heating button - it will be highlighted on the display.
I published several recipes for this model on my blog - have you seen them?
Unfortunately, now I have completely different worries, and my cuckoo remained in another country, when I now see her - it is unknown
NatSha
Yes, Svetlana, I read your blog, thank you very much!
And I also wrote to you by mail, you helped me decide on the choice of a multicooker.
Once again, many thanks to everyone for the comments and help.
Vei
lanouri,
Is the pressure turned off in this model? I tried it, but the valve still snaps into place with a characteristic sound. Maybe it turns off differently than in Russian models? Whereas?

After you have set the program and pressed the "Start" button, you must immediately press and hold the timer button for longer than 7 seconds (I forgot what it is called in Russian). Hear a click - this means that the pressure is off.
But this does not work for all programs. But on which ones - I no longer remember

Manually disabled on any program by twisting the valve
NatSha
Svetlana!
Once again I reread your explanations, poked buttons ... and an insight descended on me. Well, finally, I began to understand. Before that, I just stupidly followed the instructions. Now I can experiment!
I will also study the instructions, which were kindly provided by VRHP and I will be a pro in Korean multicooker. Despite some difficulties, she did not regret her choice for a second.

Yes, this click is triggered just at the moment the valve closes and pressure builds up. And no matter how much I pressed different buttons, all the same, this click is heard. That is, it is always present on all programs. This is not an indicator (((
In the Russian version there is a verbal indication "under pressure", "without pressure". Does the Korean version of SV write anything on the scoreboard on this topic? And if so, what exactly and how it looks. Because clicks are not that ...
VRHP
Yes! these methods do not work for us. But unscrew the valve almost as quickly as pressing the button)

I only fry the potatoes in it - in the frying mode but without pressure, it comes out great)
lanouri
I don’t know, I only have a click when you press and hold this button, and not all programs hear it. In addition, in my second cookie 0621 there is no such, although it is also a pressure cooker with the same valve ...

There, such interesting cuckoos appeared in Korea ... I am so offended that there is no time at all, I would even sit and read what they thought up there for fun =) But my daughter does not allow me to sit at the computer, and there it takes more than one hour - disassemble all this ...
VRHP
The first Click at startup is just the closing of the valve, if you then turn off the program, a second click will be heard - this will already be opening.
Vei
VRHP,
I assumed something like that. But is twisting this external valve structure enough to keep pressure from building up? It seemed to me that there was something else inside, and when it was twisted, pressure still appears.
Although I did not go too far into such experiments, I bought my 1010 for rice exactly as a rice cooker, for everything else I have other CB and MV. But it so happened that the ten turned out to be in the main course, now for side dishes, then for frying, then for stewing or broth-soup. I love her dearly, but I haven't tried the oven. It seems to me that the Frying mode is too high-temperature for baking, and on a multi-cooker with a twisted valve, I baked in Russian 1010 and cursed everything.
NatSha
Vei,
I tried to bake a biscuit for a cake, a curd casserole, charlotte, and our favorite manna. All on the program "Fried rice crusts", it takes 55 minutes, the valve is twisted. I read that it is necessary to run the program 2 times, but I do 1. The fact that the top remains without a golden crust does not bother me at all. The dish is baked and looks great.
Vei
NatSha,
I am not worried about the pale top, but the burnt bottom, because of this I did not take risks and bake in this mode. But if there are already positive results and feedback, then I will keep in mind.
Another thing is that I have 8 SV and MV, so there is something in the oven without tweaks and in a bowl that is more correct in shape.
VRHP
Quote: Vei
But is twisting this external valve structure enough to keep pressure from building up?
In general, there are two valves.
The one that clicks has only two states - either open or closed.

But the one that the external structure just sets the required pressure inside. As long as the insides heat up and the pressure rises, it will also be closed, but when the pressure comes to optimal for cooking, it already begins to bleed it off slowly during the cooking process, which we see and hear by the characteristic hissing and steam release, maintaining it at the intended level.
And if we twist it, it will always be open.

For cooking, this is completely equivalent - the same effect will be that if you twist it, that if you could still achieve that the one that clicks does not close. The result will be the same - the pressure inside will no longer be absolutely certain.

I have this model of a multicooker, I suffered with it for a long time, I could not figure it out until I accidentally stumbled upon an instruction in English. And everything became very clear.
hopefully useful we ask in the search Cuckoo-Crp-M1059f-Series, is easily found in Yandex. Unfortunately, there is no way for beginners to insert a link (((

Attention, do not pay that another model, that for it, that our instructions are the same)
