Chicken cutlets with carrots and herbs (Brand 6050 pressure cooker)

Ingredients

chicken breast fillet 1pc-450gr
egg 1 PC
carrot 1 PC
green onions, dill in any quantity
starch 1 st. l. no top
white bread soaked in milk 1-2 pieces
salt, black pepper

Cooking method

  • Cooking minced meat.
  • Grind the breast in any convenient way; Grate carrots on a fine grater; chop the onion; add an egg, bread soaked in milk; spice; starch.
  • Chicken cutlets with carrots and herbs (Brand 6050 pressure cooker)
  • Turn on chicken mode by default 23 minutes. Arrange the formed cutlets in a bowl of butter. Close the pressure cooker.

  • After 15 minutes, turn the cutlets and fry them with the lid closed until the end of the program.

Cooked, Vika, yesterday I cutlets with the addition of carrots, but without greens, SO I liked it. Thank you for the idea, so I would never have guessed to add carrots to the cutlets, but they turned out to be so funny and, most importantly, the main taster did not notice.

Vika, I also often do without greens, one carrot is enough to make it unusual and tasty, and greens can be added to ready-made cutlets. Thanks for your feedback!

Luda, I like carrots in cutlets more grated on a coarse grater; I tried to twist it with minced meat in a meat grinder, I didn't like it so much.
