Cooking method

The pressure cooker has a "multicooker" postscript, because there are many modes. The box just says SKIER. For example, there are no modes at all in the Moulinex pressure cooker. There is only Low and High pressure. And in Brand modes are adjusted for different products. In my opinion, this is more convenient. There is no need to think about what pressure to turn on, how much time to set (although the time can be either decreased or increased).

The recipe is great! And, just as important, simple. Tasty both cold and hot. True, I did not have French mustard - I mixed the most common with mayonnaise. And by the way, the pork I cooked didn't take 30 minutes. So at the end of the program, I cut a piece in half and added more garlic to the cut pockets. I put them in a saucepan, placed the potatoes around and set the default time on the "porridge" mode (that is, 13 minutes). This time everything turned out as it should (the potatoes were not fried, but rather stewed, but it was even tastier and healthier this way). There is a lot of meat juice left. I poured it into a jar and now use it to heat potatoes or fry eggs. It tastes wonderful meaty - and no artificial trans fats. Everything is extremely natural!
