Ingredients

DOUGH:
yolks 3 pcs.
sugar 120g.
butter sl. (margarine) 150g. melt
baking powder 1 tbsp. l.
flour 2 glasses
cocoa for 1/2 part of the dough 2 tbsp. l.
walnuts 40g.
thick jam (apple) 2st. l.
Curd:
cottage cheese 500 BC
semolina 1 tbsp. l
starch 1 tbsp. l.
sugar 150 g
yolks 3 pcs.
butter sl. (melt) 50g.
whisk the whites into a foam 3 pcs.
Protein layer:
proteins 4 things.
sugar 100g.
dry jelly (cherry) 90g.
instead of jelly, I put currant jam for color, rubbing through a strainer 2 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • 1. Grind the yolks with sugar, combine with cooled butter.
  • 2. Mix flour with baking powder, knead the dough.
  • 3. Divide the dough into two equal parts, add 2 tbsp to one of the parts. l. cocoa,
  • after kneading the dough, put it in the freezer.
  • 4. In the form (I have 28x20), covered with parchment, roll out the white part of the dough.
  • 5. Lubricate with thick jam, sprinkle with chopped nuts.
  • 6. We take out part of the dough with cocoa from the freezer, divide it into two parts, one part three on a large
  • grater, on a layer of nuts.
  • 7. Put the prepared curd mass on a dark dough.
  • 8. The second part of the dough with three cocoa for the curd mass.
  • Total we got: white layer, jam, nuts, dark layer, curd mass, dark layer, protein (only after 30 minutes of baking)
  • 9. Total baking time 60 min. at t 180 deg., put the prepared
  • pie in the oven, after 30 min. take out, grease with whipped proteins
  • and put it in the oven again, bake it. (If you make the cake like this, it will have time to bake
  • and there will be no raw dough under the proteins)
