Ingredients

Any vegetables potatoes, Brussels sprouts, frozen beans, zucchini, small carrots, others

fresh lemon 1/2 lemon juice
fresh dill 1-2 tbsp. l.
fresh basil, leaves 6-8 leaves
vegetable oil 3-4 tbsp. l.
sugar 1-2 tsp
salt taste

Cooking method

  • Cooking in the Brand 6050 electric pressure cooker

  • Peel vegetables, carrots, potatoes. I buy specially small carrots, which do not need to be cut into pieces.
  • At the bottom of the saucepan of the pressure cooker I put the potatoes whole, carrots, Brussels sprouts, pour water, just to cover with water. On top I put ice cream beans, zucchini (chop coarsely), but so that these delicate, quickly boiling vegetables are not in the water. Salt vegetables and water.
  • Close the lid of the pressure cooker, set the "high pressure" lever, turn on the porridge / STEAMER mode, set the time to 6 minutes. After the end of the cooking time, I forcibly release the pressure, open the lid of the pressure cooker.
  • While steaming vegetables are being prepared, we make a dressing: finely chop the garlic, basil, finely chop the dill, squeeze the lemon juice, mix all the dressing components in a bowl, taste, salt.
  • Put the finished vegetables in a salad bowl, pour the hot vegetables with the dressing, mix gently so as not to damage, the potatoes can be kneaded into large pieces.
  • We serve ready-made vegetables to the table as an independent dish, as a side dish.
