Tatyana, thank you for sharing the preparation of buckwheat porridge ... everything seems to be simple, but when the proportions are verified, then cooking is a joy
I am mastering another pressure cooker, but they have the same principle, once again I was convinced of this ... I poured water from a thermopot into 3 multi-glasses from Panasonic ... only reduced the time to 10 minutes on the "Rice" program, did not touch it at the end of the program, pressure automatically removed, everything about everything took about 30 minutes, without a hiss and a couple opened and removed the lid and here is the result:

as you can see, the porridge is crumbly, cooked quickly, but what is tasty and healthy is not discussed

Natasha, that's great!

For me, the most important thing in porridge is to find the correct ratio of cereal-water, then in any multicooker and pressure cooker you get cereal

Tanya, I have 3 glasses of 200 ml of buckwheat, how much water do I need to add? 320 ml = 500 ml of water, and 600 ml = 938? Did I calculate the proportion correctly?

Liza, I have an "old" rule for buckwheat (and for other cereals) Water should be poured "on the first phalanx of the index finger" above the cereal level.
IN! She said! I pour the cereal into a saucepan, and then pour water and measure with the phalanx of my finger "from the upper edge" of the cereal
It always works

Admin, Tanechka, well, finally I got the right porridge in SV according to your proportions! Thank you! slightly boiled, but apparently because it poured cold water, not boiling water. In any case, a low bow to you, for the secret of delicious porridge!
