Note

The recipe is not mine, I found it on the Internet. According to the recipe, oranges are simply peeled and divided into slices, but I still removed films from them, a little tedious, but not for long, and believe me it's worth it. For the first time, I mixed the slices of oranges into the dough and they settled to the bottom during baking, the second time I just poured the dough into the bowl, and threw oranges on top and when baking they were evenly distributed in the dough. This charlotte has taken root in our family very much, every time it is swept away at a catastrophic speed. Sometimes they don't even let her really cool down.
Bon appetit to all

Guard!!! Today I bought a cartoon 18 and the first thing I did was put out a goose with a crust and in the evening I decided to make an orange charlotte. I did everything according to the recipe and in an hour I open it and there is a raw dough on top.

And what is the guard? It was necessary to add another 20 minutes and the oven further. Not all baked goods are baked in an hour. It all depends on the thickness and amount of dough.

Or maybe not raw? The top will NEVER be golden brown. Just white dough. You can turn it over with the help of a steamer basket and put it on "baking" for a few more minutes, but there is a possibility of overbaking. Or we turn it upside down and don’t bother.
What you see in the picture is an inverted baking. Don't worry, you will succeed.

Thanks for the recipe, I liked the charlotte, I had to bake it for 50 minutes, then it was heated for another 30 minutes, then I pulled it out, cut off a piece, it turned out to be unfinished, then turned it over the other way around, as the girls advised, and baked cake on the program about 20 minutes, it turned out to be rosy on all sides and beautiful and completely baked
