Ingredients

Soft fat cottage cheese 750 grams
Sugar 5-6 st. l.
Butter, soft 45-50 grams
Large eggs 2 pcs.
Cream 20% fat 100 ml.
Fresh bread crumbs 1/2 cup, slightly more
Vanilla sugar 1 sachet
Dried apricots 8-10 pcs.

Cooking method

  • Soak dried apricots in boiling water, rinse, drain, dry, cut into small pieces.
  • In a blender, break a couple of slices (from a loaf) of white bread without a crust into crumbs.
  • Put cottage cheese, cream, sugar, eggs, vanilla sugar, butter (cut into small pieces) into a bowl, break with a blender into a homogeneous mass. Add bread crumbs, crush again until smooth. The mass should be of the consistency of "thick sour cream" for the "spoon to stand".
  • Add dried apricots in pieces, gently mix the curd mass with a spatula.
  • Grease the form with butter or vegetable oil.
  • Transfer the curd mass into a mold (16 cm), level the surface on top.
  • Place the dish in the pressure cooker, on the stand, pour water down, about 500-700 ml.
  • Enable porridge / steam mode, default time (13 minutes), under pressure, and bring to readiness.

  • Leave the finished pudding under the lid until it cools completely, then you can transfer it to a plate, the height of the pudding is 6 cm.

  • Ready and hot pudding is very liquid, you can scoop it with a spoon, but after cooling it will have a normal shape.
  • Inside, the pudding turns out to be tender, soft.
