Paradise pleasure soup (for us in love)

Ingredients

fresh coconut 130 gr.
boiling water 2 times 3/4 cup
finely chop the white part of the green onion 1 tbsp. l.
fresh ginger peel and finely grate 2 cm.
clove of garlic (pass through a press) 1 large
turmeric 1/4 tsp
large shrimps (peel, leave the tails, save the shell) 4 things
cream (fat content does not matter) 60 gr.
odorless vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
salt, white pepper
lime zest, lime juice taste
some green onions for serving
pink peppercorns

Cooking method

  • Soft, tender, creamy and very aromatic soup - a heavenly delight !!! When preparing it, you can't do without the second (strong and beloved) half! And how pleasant it is to cook together: we laughed, consulted and argued, in general, we were happy like children! Great!

  • Place the coconut pulp in a blender, grind and pour in 3/4 cup boiling water, punch in a blender.

  • Place the resulting mass in a sieve and squeeze out the liquid - this is coconut cream... Put the squeezed coconut back into a blender and pour in the second 3/4 cups of boiling water, break through, place in a sieve and squeeze into another container - this is coconut milk, it is more liquid and transparent compared to cream. You can buy ready-made coconut cream, and prepare milk by diluting them with water 1: 2.

  • Peel the shrimps, rinse the shell and heads and save.

  • Heat oil in a saucepan over medium heat and fry the shell and shrimp heads, remove, add onion to this oil and fry until transparent.
  • Add turmeric powder, garlic, ginger and lime zest. Mix.

  • Add shrimp and salt. Simmer until the shrimps are pink.
