Nuts 100g
Cottage cheese 100g
Powdered sugar 50g

  • Dried apricots, prunes (not used) slightly warm up in a double boiler.
  • Mix cottage cheese (I have homemade cream cheese) with powdered sugar, add an egg and chopped nuts.

  • You can put less sugar in sweet varieties of dried apricots.

Note

Very tasty with any nuts, but especially with pine nuts!

Another festive dish! Thank you, Marina, I have never eaten dried apricots and prunes with such a filling.

Irish, well you really dug up ... my first recipes on the site!
For dessert it is quite suitable, especially for children who do not like cottage cheese. Take only larger fruits - it is more convenient to lay the filling. Enjoy your meal and Happy New Year!

I had a large dried apricot - it is not difficult to fill, after all, it is slightly warmed up, therefore soft and pliable. Now I will try it with prunes. Irish, you whet your appetite!
