Ingredients

Flour 500 g
Water 100 ml
Salt 1 tsp
Olive oil 2 tbsp. l.
Eggs 2 pcs.

Cooking method

Kneading in dough mode in x \ n

Filling:
I had ready-made minced lamb \ scrolled on a large wire rack \ added onions, salt, pepper and seasoning for

stuck chebureks and splashed a couple of spoons into a slow cooker
olive oil and a couple of tablespoons of broth
cooked on baking for 40 minutes, 20 on each side
turned out of course not quite pasties but very, very similar
only drier is the only thing - I did not fill up the first batch
and some went at the seams
I closed the second batch tightly and everything worked out

Let me know why did you add broth when baking ???
I make pasties on "baked goods" but I don’t regret using oil and butter alone, it turns out I deep-fry.
