Lean dietary soup from kohlrabi

Lean dietary soup from kohlrabi

Ingredients

Kohlrabi 1 piece (large)
Bulb onions 1 PC
Sourdough / flour 2 tbsp. l. 100 g
Ground nutmeg pinch for aroma
Greens
Salt
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp. l.
Water 1 l

Cooking method

  • I want to clarify right away: my kohlrabi was just gigantic in size, if before I came across the size of a turnip, then this one could measure its size with a large celery root! So whoever has kohlrabi of the usual size can safely take 3 pieces.
  • • Cut kohlrabi into thin slices and boil in boiling salted water for 5 minutes.
  • • In a frying pan, sauté the finely chopped onion and add it to the cabbage.
  • • Dilute the leaven with cold water (this is for those who have nowhere to put it, anyone with this can take just 50 g of flour, spass, dilute it with water as well), stir until smooth and pour into the boiling soup in a thin stream, stirring it constantly with a spoon, that there were no lumps. Whoever fails, do not worry - let's imagine that you have a soup with dumplings!
  • We give the soup another 5 minutes. cook over low heat. Add some ground ginger and turn off the soup.
  • • Finely chop the greens, pour the soup into bowls, and sprinkle it with green tea.
  • • I ask all fasting people and "dietetics" to the table!

Time for preparing:

10 min.

Note

On non-lean days, after 5 minutes of cooking kohlrabi, I drain half of the vegetable broth, and replace it with milk. And at the end of cooking, I add grated cheese to the soup, not sourdough. It turns out very yum-yum too!
