Ingredients

Fresh cabbage 300 g
Fresh mushrooms 400 g
Potatoes 2 pcs.
Bulb onions 2 pcs.
Carrot 1 PC.
Meat broth
Tomato paste 1 tbsp. l.
Sour cream taste
Greens taste
Salt and pepper taste
Lard 100 g

Cooking method

  • "Cabbage soup and porridge is our food."
  • Without cabbage soup, without them nowhere!
  • So I cooked rich mushroom cabbage soup!

  • Then add the onion and carrots with bacon and continue cooking.
  • 10 minutes before cooking, put in tomato paste, add spices and stir.
  • Serve cabbage soup with sour cream and herbs.
