  • "Cabbage soup and porridge is our food."
  • Without cabbage soup, without them nowhere!
  • So I cooked rich mushroom cabbage soup!

  • but the saucepan with cabbage soup quickly emptied!
  • Everyone asked for more!
  • Boil meat broth; during fasting, you can also use water.
  • Finely chop the onion. Grate carrots.
  • Fry onions and carrots in lard (you can also use vegetable oil).
  • Peel potatoes and cut into cubes, cabbage and mushrooms into strips.
  • Put potatoes, cabbage, mushrooms in boiling broth and cook for 10-15 minutes.

  • 10 minutes before cooking, put in tomato paste, add spices and stir.
  • Serve cabbage soup with sour cream and herbs.
  • Bon Appetit!
  • In 1961, the Mosfilm film studio released the film Girls.
  • "Girls" is a comedy feature film shot in the USSR by director Yuri Chulyukin
  • based on the story of the same name by B. Bedny.
  • In 1960, Tosya Kislitsyna came to work as a cook at the Ural timber industry enterprise near Chusovoy. The “first guy” of the village, a lumberjack Ilya Kovrigin, argues with his friends that Tosya will fall in love with him. Upon learning of the dispute, Tosya breaks up with Ilya, and the guy, to his considerable surprise, realizes that he really fell in love with this cocky, funny girl.

Twist
marlen, "Girls" is one of my mom's favorite films. It is very pleasant that Tosya Kislitsina's recipes come to life on the pages of our forum! Thank you
marlen
And I myself am happy to watch this film! And in general, films used to be kind, sometimes even naive, but now they are mostly aggression ...
