And here everything worked out!

I also tried to make this jam. I liked the color and smell. But, I love in quince jam when the quince is dense, not boiled. In this recipe, quince is similar in consistency to apples. I always believed that the main advantage of quince jam is the density of this fruit. I also made jam, but the time was 5 minutes, all the same, the quince was not dense, they ate dense. I don’t know, maybe try even less time, or in a pressure cooker it’s not possible at all. I want a dense quince !!!!!!
