Ingredients

Bulb 1 PC.
Garlic 4 teeth
Olive oil 1 tbsp. l.
Homemade lecho 2 tbsp. l.
Rosemary 7 leaves
Hmeli-suneli taste
Sour cream 2 tbsp. l.
Cream 2 tbsp. l.
Gruyere cheese 50 g

Cooking method

  • Cut onion, garlic, zucchini into slices.
  • Pour 1 tbsp into the bowl of the pressure cooker. l. olive oil, put onion, garlic and zucchini, put on the "Fry" program, "vegetables" mode - 15 minutes. In the process, you can mix once.
  • Add homemade lecho or chopped tomato 3 minutes before the end of the program.
  • When the program is over, sprinkle with spices on top, pour sour cream mixed with cream, sprinkle with grated cheese.
  • Close with a lid and put on the "Steam cooking" program with pressure for 5 minutes.

Cooking program:

Frying - vegetables; steaming.
