Mushroom soup with mash

Ingredients

Water 1.5 l
Mushrooms 400 g
Mash 0.5 cups
Bulb onions 1 PC.
Garlic 1 tooth.
Flour 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • • Put the washed mung into boiling NOT SALT water and cook for 20 minutes
  • • We cut mushrooms and onions. Crush the garlic with the flat side of a knife and chop finely and, together with the mushrooms and onions, add to the boiled mung bean and cook another min. 15.
  • • Lightly fry the flour in a dry frying pan, then gradually add water, stirring and rubbing constantly so that there are no lumps, and fill the soup.
  • • Add salt.
  • Lean mayonnaise can be added to the plate before serving!
  • Bon Appetit!

Note

IMPORTANT: Salt, as with all legumes, should only be added after the mung bean has boiled, otherwise it will be tough.

* On days when vegetable oil is allowed, you can lightly fry the mushrooms with onions and garlic before cooking with 2-3 tbsp. tablespoons of olive or other vegetable oil, and then add them to the boiling mung bean!
