Mushroom and rice mash

Ingredients

Mash 1 glass
Rice 0.5 cups
Mushrooms 500 g
Onion 2 heads
Garlic 3 tooth.
Paprika 300 g
Olive oil 3 tbsp. spoons
Turmeric 1 tsp
Zira 1 tsp
Caraway 1 tsp
Salt taste
Water 1.5 tbsp.

Cooking method

  • • Chop the onion, garlic and fry in a multicooker on the “Baking” program for 5 minutes,
  • • Add chopped mushrooms and peppers, fry for at least 5-7
  • • Add washed rice, mung bean and spices (but DO NOT SALT, otherwise the mung bean will be tough)
  • • Add water and switch the multicooker to "Pilaf" mode and go about our business. At the end of the program, salt to taste and set the multicooker to the "heating" mode for 5 minutes.
  • Bon appetit, everyone!

Cooking program:

Baking, Pilaf

Note

IMPORTANT: Salt, as with all legumes, should only be added after cooking the mung bean, otherwise it will be tough.

Wonderful lean recipe! I have a purchased package of mung bean, but I thought to germinate it. And now you can cook according to this recipe. Thanks for the recipe!
Is rice added to soften the taste of mung bean? What multicooker did you cook this? Pilaf mode for how long and at what temperature? This is what I ask for, to cook in Kukushka. Water should be poured from what ratio water: mung bean + rice?

Hello, hello Lana!
I have a Panasonic SR-TMB18 cartoon, I don't know what a cuckoo is. In Panasonic, "Plov" lasts 1 hour, and I don't know what the temperature is. About the water in the recipe I knew that I would forget to write ... hat ... I'll fix it. In general, I poured 1.5 glasses, but I had mushrooms and frozen paprika, and then they also give a little water.

Thanks for the answer, Ilona
A Cuckoo is a multicooker pressure cooker of the South Korean company CUCKOO

Ahh ... I will know ... Is this a good cartoon? You're happy? Nothing leaves anywhere (well, there are covers, etc.), otherwise I read a lot about different ones in due time ... I want to buy a cartoon to the summer cottage so that I don't have to drag this syudy there, because I'm 2/2 I work ... Enough for me to roll the sourdough, and even a cartoon is too much!

I have two Cuckoos - 1010 - it will be a summer cottage, and 1054 - an elite for the house!

Thank you very much for the recipe, it looked so delicious that I specially bought the mung bean (though I tormented the sellers for a month and a half to bring it)
Ilona
Well, have you already tried it? I also need to crawl behind the wave, otherwise it’s already fasting again.
