Ingredients

Beef brisket 1-1.5 kg
Bulb onions 2-3 pcs.
Carrot 2 pcs.
Chilli 0.5 pod
Allspice 10 peas
Bay leaf 2-3 pcs.
Carnation 2 buds
Fenugreek Seeds (Finugrek / Shambhala) 1.5 tsp.
Fennel Seeds 1.5 tsp.
Dry white wine 150 ml
Salt taste

Cooking method
