Ingredients

Eggs 2 pcs
Sugar 1 stkn
Butter 100 g
Milk 1.5 stkn
Coconut flakes 50 g
Flour 2.5 stkn
Lemon juice 1 tbsp. l.
Baking powder 1 sachet (10 g)
Vanilla sugar 1 sachet (8 g)
Ground cinnamon 1 tsp
Dried apricots 0.5 stcn
Raisins 0.5 stcn

Cooking method

  • Very, very tasty cake, big and easy and quick to prepare! All products are available, so - sheer DELIGHT!
  • Rinse the dried fruits and steam with boiling water for 5-7 minutes (I replaced the dried fruits with homemade candied fruits from orange and lemon peels). Melt the butter, mix with sugar, vanilla sugar and eggs.
  • Add milk, coconut flakes (I replaced milk with homemade yogurt). Add raisins, chopped dried apricots and lemon juice. In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder and cinnamon. Pour dry into the liquid mixture. To stir thoroughly. The dough is heavy, but pouring.
  • Share in d 26cm or cupcake with a pipe... Pre-grease the mold with oil.
  • The oven is preheated to 180aboutOven, ~ 40 min. Willingness to check with a wooden stick.
  • Sprinkle the finished and cooled cake with icing sugar or cover with chocolate icing.
