Cooking method

  • During the days of Great Lent, this pizza is a great consolation, and of course delicious! And on the days of fasting there are some dates that are worth somehow, albeit modestly, but celebrate, for example, birthdays, anniversaries of something, the arrival of relatives, etc. After all, we are living people living in the world, and not in shutter.
  • • Knead the dough (the consistency of the dough should be like a pie, well, a little denser), cover and let it double in a warm place.
  • While the dough is coming up, let's do the filling and sauce:
  • • Peel, wash, dry and cut onions into rings.
  • • Preheat a skillet and sauté the onion in olive oil until golden brown.
  • Lean pizza
  • • Add a spoonful of liquid honey and balsamic vinegar.
  • Lean pizza
  • • Caramelize the onion over low heat for 7-10 minutes.
  • Lean pizza
  • • Cut the olives in half or into rings.
  • • Adjika is mixed with olive oil (it is possible from under sun-dried tomatoes), dry herbs, salt, you get a thick sauce.
  • • When the dough has risen, place it on a floured table and roll it out into a circle with a diameter of 30 cm.
  • We lay on it in layers:
  • • Green beans,
  • • Paprika, cut into strips,
  • • Caramelized onions,
  • • Sun-dried tomatoes
  • Lean pizza
  • • Olives.
  • Lean pizza
  • • Spread the sauce evenly.
  • Lean pizza
  • • We also distribute the lean mayonnaise evenly over the surface of the pizza.
  • Lean pizza
  • • We bake for 30-35 minutes. over medium heat!
  • Lean pizza
  • Help yourself to your health!

How delicious and how beautiful !!! It is a pity that we do not have lean mayonnaise! Even if there is the name "lean", it still contains eggs.

Wow!!! Class! I'll do it for my son, otherwise he is a little tired ... Raisins, and if you put your homemade lean mayonnaise .. Or pasta (from Nagira), the one with olives and capers. (No capers - it's also delicious without them ...) .. ...

Girls, help yourself to your health! It is really tasty, when I started to cook it and did not think it would turn out so tasty. And it was like this: my son asked for pizza with sausage and cheese as it should be, I had to cook, well, and for myself I decided to try to make a lean one as a consolation, and surprisingly it turned out to be very tasty !!! I can only say one thing: I could not eat it alone, for some reason those who were not fasting ate it very quickly!

Well, for me, a whip-Hyperborean with an Illuminati bias, everything is forgivable, but you, dear Christian ladies, indulge in the sin of gluttony both in reality and in your thoughts, and even during Lent, it is extremely unreasonable and unseemly!
You should at least mention Post in your recipes more carefully.
And then pizza, you see, they - "Great consolation"!
Mayonnaise with capers is the subject of soul-saving conversation and paramount concern!
Letters have been written for a whole psalm, labors and time wasted like a good liturgy, but about God, soul, salvation - even in subtext - no gu-gu!
Pure hypocrisy.
Do not betray anathema - do not care! - see the beginning of my message.

Medusa, to the point .. I thought about it myself more than once ... but still, we are weak people, and it’s better not to break the post at all, it’s better to be so comforted, if you do not have enough strength. And the degree of severity is different for everyone, well, not everyone fast like a monk. Someone is taking the first steps. And it will just be a little relief. And life still goes on as usual, someone comes to visit, there may be some dates, and you still need to put together some kind of table. So imagination comes to the rescue.
P.S. And who said that lean food cannot be tasty and healthy?

Absolute truth. Lean mayonnaise is a promotional move.
Medusahow strict and unprincipled you are. ; -D On this forum, they bake bread and prepare delicious food, but there are other sites about soul and humility.

Medusa When reading such opuses, a phrase from our Isaac Emmanuilovich comes to mind somehow: "Stop making trouble at your desk and stuttering in public!"

Girls, yesterday I tried to make the same lean pizza, only added broccoli and sprinkled it all over with breadcrumbs (fortunately, I have a lot of them from unsuccessful breads while mastering baking. I will have a kilogram). the pizza turned out delicious with a little crispy crust! Try it, if you like it too
