Great! I love cherries in a biscuit!

Tatyana, I also like sour

What a wonderful recipe! And my cherry stagnated in its own juice. I haven't baked biscuits in a pressure cooker yet, so I'll start with a charlotte. Ksyusha, thanks for the recipe!
Ksyushk @ -Plushk @
Melanyushka, be sure to bake, try. I've already eaten almost half myself.

I really like baking biscuits in MV and SV. They turn out so even, in the oven always some side will inflate more, bumps. And here, even if it is served on the table, it is beautiful and tasty, the main thing.

Ksyusha, a very beautiful charlotte !!!
Ksyushk @ -Plushk @
Vika, thank you very much! But I don't look at it, I eat it, eat it, eat it
Melanyushka
Ksyusha, I'll bake it, I made a casserole for Vikin yesterday - it's incredibly delicious! I forgot to put in the baking powder, but even without it it turned out to be the most delicate soufflé casserole, now I'll make a charlotte. I like cooking in a pressure cooker so much, it's just a pleasure, everything works out and quickly! And in a pressure cooker it really turns out different baked goods than in a slow cooker, eh, girls, with such a pace of mastering the pressure cooker, I will soon fit in the door only sideways.

Melanyushka, can I ask, I hope that Ksyushka will not be offended? Did you like the casserole or soufflé? And yet, I do not put baking powder in both.

Vika, I baked something like this: "... Brand 6050 electric pressure cooker" Reply # 322 Feb 29. 2012, 18:07 "page 17

CASSEROLE
Frankly, I have never eaten such a casserole in my life! The simplest casserole: 400 g of cottage cheese, 3 eggs, 1.5 tbsp each. l. starch and semolina, 2 tbsp. l. sugar, vanillin, baking powder, a little marmalade. ... "

Only I didn’t have marmalade, I had raisins and I didn’t add baking powder, after 14 minutes “High pressure” plus 10 minutes under the lid I got the most delicate soufflé casserole, and it turned out to be less fried, and how delicious it is, oh !!! This casserole is apparently not shown as a separate recipe, but in the discussion both the recipe is laid out, and the pictures are beautiful, so I was tempted. So I come to you with a plus sign!

Ksyusha, I will bake a charlotte and I will be sure to report it, if only to have time to hold a photo session, otherwise the pets are walking in circles around the pressure cooker while it bakes, fries, cooks!

Exactly!!!! And I have the same thing, while I photograph, the number on the plate decreases.
Ksyushka's charlotte has definitely decreased to -O-. Now she sleeps sweetly, and I'm thinking about the charlotte ...

Ksyusha, I bake and bake all weekend. The charlotte in the pressure cooker is a bomb! There were 4 small eggs, and the height is 5.5 cm! It is baked wonderfully, well, how I used to live without such a pressure cooker ?! One minus - my weight is + 1.5 kg Well, I try everything, it seems like a little bit, but it looks like a sideways.
I will expose the photo report later, I can not download it from the camera - it does not load and that's it. I'll figure it out and put the pictures, but take my word for it - it was very tasty! I will bake again and again!

This is not a minus, this is a plus.
But seriously, she herself is so sinful. But here there is only one way out - not to eat then, and this is simply not possible, because everything is very biting Hence the conclusion: we put up with a minus or plus, I'm already confused

I baked it three times already, so I liked it! It bakes beautifully and the proportions are very good. I won't change anything, so the charlottes according to your recipe will continue to bake in the pressure cooker!
Ksyushk @ -Plushk @
Melanyushka, great just came out! Rose well. Although not surprising

And I have been using this recipe for about 10 years already. The dough is mixed quickly and smoothly. At first I baked it in the oven, but now progress does not stand still - I bake in a multicooker or a pressure cooker (though only I eat charlottes)
krivoshapka
Ksyushk @ -Plushk @ Ksyusha, is it easy to remove? Flies out? I'm just having problems with the pressure biscuits. It seems like I can stand it, but they go down a bit.
Ksyushk @ -Plushk @
krivoshapka , I plum butter. I grease the bowl a little and the biscuits fall out by themselves.

Ksyushk @ -Plushk @, just saw your recipe! I also bake charlottes all my life, starting from the oven, then in a slow cooker, now in a pressure cooker, and with different fruits. But this one - cherry-apples until today. Oh, already picking! I went to disconnect!
Thanks for the idea of combining fruits! Has suffered gratitude
Ksyushk @ -Plushk @
Aygul, well, how is the combination of fruits? Liked? I am waiting for a full report.

Cools down Here, for dinner, the family will gather and try

But my bottom, how to say, is burnt or something? Or is it from the cherry? And the smell was appropriate ... Maybe you shouldn't have kept it covered for 20 minutes? Usually I take it out right away, otherwise there may be some residual heat ...
Ksyushk @ -Plushk @
Aygul, and the dough was not liquid? I can see that the cherries are covered with dough, albeit thinly. The thickness of the dough may depend on the eggs and the quality of the flour. And the berries can completely sink to the bottom. Of those products that I use, there is not enough right after the peak, the bottom is quite "soft". Therefore, it was experimentally established to keep it in a disconnected, cooling bowl for another 20 minutes. If you still bake, navigate yourself, you can only hold it for 10 minutes, or you can immediately pull it out if it is badly burnt.

girls, tell me I will cook for the first time in Brand 6050, which mode to set, under pressure or not, and how much to withstand then, on heating or not
Ksyushk @ -Plushk @
Kitty08, if you bake on the "Baking" mode, then without pressure (Normal pressure), the time is 45-50 minutes. If the mode is "Rice" or "Porridge / Steam cooking", then under high pressure, the time is 30 minutes maximum.
cat08
baked according to the recipe book on the baking mode for 45 min. and then 20 heating. Everything fell and was wet. Therefore, I ask in what mode it is better to bake and how much then to keep on heating or take out immediately?
Ksyushk @ -Plushk @
What did you bake from the recipe book? Charlotte? Or what?
cat08
I baked a biscuit
Ksyushk @ -Plushk @
I see. Sponge cake is a capricious thing. Here, both the degree and the time of whipping the ingredients matter. And whether the yolks were separated from the whites or not. And what kind of baking powder / soda was used. There are many factors. In each case, you need to look and understand.
Lyalik
Hello! Yesterday I became the owner of Brandyusha 6050. I started to master !!! And the first pancake is lumpy (((I baked charlotte on the "Baking" mode - horror.she certainly turned out beautiful on the outside, but inside it was kind of wet. Why bake on the "Steam cooking" mode?
Ksyushk @ -Plushk @
Hello Lyalik! Congratulations on Brandick!
I bake on "Porridge / Steam cooking" because it's faster in time. And one more thing, in the "Baking" mode, the temperature is higher, but for biscuits, a lower temperature is still needed, for example, in the "Porridge / Steam" mode.

Mustache, had supper (I left 2 pieces for the morning). I can say that I liked it. The bottom was black precisely from the cherry, and not because it was burnt, but next time I will put the cherry in the 2nd layer. I even got 3 of them (there were a lot of apples - 2.5 pcs.) The dough is thick, all the rules It was baked great!. About cherries again - such a cool sourness, mmm, yum-yum. Now I would have done one more AND EATED, but all the cherry plumped, did not regret Nyama, I liked it. I look at others, the cherry is like that, for beauty as if (very beautiful charlottes!), But my bottom turned black, since there was such a layer of it there. Well, that is, it looked not downright appetizing, but it tasted ... divine!
With gratitude, I.
Ksyushk @ -Plushk @
Aygul, Well, thank God! And then she already began to worry. And cherries, if there are a lot of them and they are wet, can burn!
MariS
Ksyusha, in the first lines of my letter ... let me compliment you! Your avatar has become so prettier - you are just a fabulous fairy!

And now about the case. You have a wonderful charlotte!
I can't even believe it's cooked in a pressure cooker.
My daughter here on the DR is going to give me a pressure cooker or a slow cooker (for the money saved from sandwiches). Share, pzhl, the military secret - how good your pressure cooker is. She will have to use it all the time so as not to offend her daughter ...
Ksyushk @ -Plushk @
Marina, first of all, thanks!

And now to the point. My pressure cooker is very good. Have no doubt. I use it every day, and it happens more than once even. Look here: he cooks milk porridge without problems, cooks meat of any hardness, first courses at a time, friable cereals are excellent, baked milk without problems, jellied meat faster than on the stove, wonderful pastries. There are, of course, some features, for example, for rice, the ratio is 1: 1 or 1: 1.25, no more. But you understand this quickly in the process, and there is someone to ask. And in the updated version, the Extinguishing mode is also implemented. Well, what more could you want?
MariS
Thanks for the quick response, Ksyusha!
And what, you have no complaints about your pressure cooker?
Ksyushk @ -Plushk @
How to say? There is a complaint. I have to cook more often than I would like. Since everything is eaten quickly

But seriously, I only lack time settings from 1 minute in some modes. But in the updated version this is taken into account and fixed.
Aygul

There were, indeed, a lot of cherries, but I laid it out on a layer of dough, so the bottom of the charlotte did not burn, at the bottom of the pan there were several "fries" - where the dough flowed through and fried a little, but everything easily went away, I just soaked it saucepan for 5 minutes in water.

More. Here in the pictures of the girls, the charlotte is white, airy, but for some reason I turned out to be darkish, damp. Probably because of the large amount of fruit, right?
