No, if a little, and apple or wine, then that's it. On average, per liter of water - 1-2 tbsp. l. apple cider vinegar and 2 tbsp. l. salt., keep the meat in this brine in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours. You can change the water once.
By the way, this method of processing meat in our forum was noticed, it seems, Gypsy I wrote about him. Only the concentration I myself have already selected from my own experience.

So, usually I pour the first two broths ... and the next one for use ... but here I understand that it is not there?
and yet, and if I don't have such a thing as yours: how to be? I also want such a dish ?!
and yet, is home vinegar suitable for grape vinegar? is it much weaker than the store one, but awesomely tasty?
and what kind of broth tastes after vinegar, is it possible for children?
I have already tried your (if not confusing) dishes with languages, thank you very much !! carried to the bookmarks !!!

Yes, there is no broth in the pressure cooker at all - they seem to be baked and stewed - a small broth appears after the end of the process - on the forum there is a recipe for baked tongues in the oven, in foil. It seems Lika posted (or maybe Stella ).
You can bake tongues in an oven.
