Ingredients

rye flour (measure 300 gr cups from a bread machine) 1 glass
Wheat flour 1.5 cups
salt 1h l
kvass + strong tea (total volume) 290 ml.
vegetable oil 1 st. l
cocoa 1h l
sugar 1h l
cumin, anise (in a coffee grinder) half tsp
saf-moment yeast 2 tsp

Cooking method

  • I bake this bread in Panasonic, without rye baking, on a white-basic setting. Put the products in the bread maker, and sometimes, when kneading, look at the bun (if the rye flour takes a lot of liquid, then you need to add a little). After cooking, cool on a griddle, remove the spatula (it always remains in the rye dough). Bon Appetit!!!

And if you put dry kvass, how much do you need? And probably then put 140 ml of strong tea leaves somewhere, and 150 - water? Or some other proportions.

P.S. And a spatula will not remain in rye bread if, after turning off, you do not open the lid for about 15 minutes and only then open and pull it out.

Dry kvass can be put 1-2 tbsp. l., the rest is water / tea to the bun

So nice than I can say so. I am still learning and glad to any advice. I and white do that. 10 minutes will be enough there. I don’t last longer than 15 minutes, I noticed on white, if I overexpose, then the sides somehow bend inward.

just about, that's why I immediately take out the white one, but the spatula has never remained on the white one.
