Ingredients

Wheat flour 750 BC
Fresh yeast 40 g
Warm milk 375 ml
Egg yolks 2 pcs.
Granulated sugar 150 g
Softened butter 150 g
Vanilla sugar 1 pack
Zest from a small lemon
Salt pinch
Grated nutmeg pinch
Raisins presoaked in rum 3 tbsp. l.
Almond petals 3 tbsp. l.
Lubricating egg

Cooking method

  • Knead the dough in KhP according to the "Yeast dough" program. Form any buns, pies and so on from it. While I was baking a dough from this dough in my oven, I formed 4 baguettes from the remains of the dough, put them in a baguette holder, put them in the KhP for the "Baking buns" program. Before baking, when the baguette buns came up, I carefully took out the baguette maker and greased the baguettes with the protein remaining from the dough, put them on the baking in the KhP. By baking simultaneously in the oven and HP, I saved the night time for an extra 30 minutes of sleep))) Butter buns in a baguette maker
