Chocolate muffin with prunes (Brand 6050 pressure cooker).

Ingredients

butter 200g.
sugar 250g.
vanilla sugar 1 sachet
salt 1/4 tsp
eggs 4 things.
cocoa powder 6 tbsp. l.
prunes 150 gr.
kefir 2/3 cup
wheat flour 250 gr.
baking powder 2 tsp

Cooking method

  • Grind the butter with granulated sugar, vanilla sugar, salt and eggs. Then add kefir, cocoa and prunes. Pour the sifted flour and baking powder into the chocolate mass and stir (do not stir for a long time).
  • Bake in Rice mode 35 min. Let stand in a closed pressure cooker for 20 minutes.

Note

Glaze:
dark chocolate - 100 gr
butter - 40 gr
For the glaze, melt the butter and chocolate in the microwave and stir well until smooth.

It's good to let it settle, spend the night in the refrigerator. After that, its taste becomes delicate, creamy.

Here are the sizes I’m already getting to chocolate: girl_in_dreams: no, this pressure cooker doesn’t let me sleep, honestly, how can you seduce people, but there’s no pans I envy what a cupcake is great
SupercoW
wow and handsome !!! maybe just with him and start baking experiments on RICE ...
Elena Bo, do you think you can replace prunes with dried apricots?
Elena Bo
You can replace it, but will it be tasty? After all, prunes go very well with chocolate.
Can be made without prunes. I only had a small handful. But if there were a lot, it would be much tastier.
Ilona
Oh, how I want to bite off a piece, mmm ... and I'm at work until 21.00 and tomorrow, too, in the morning I have to go ... I'll carry it to the bookmarks for now Thank you!

I also really love the combination of prunes + chocolate. but there are no prunes at home right now. but I just wanted to cook ... well, let's see, maybe I'll endure and buy prunes on the market, so that everything works out perfectly.
Kisena
Elena, and if you bake in a multicooker on the "Baking" mode ?! Will it work out ?!
Elena Bo
Maybe not so gentle, but it will definitely work out. How long I will not say exactly, but not less than 50 minutes. And there you have to look. Do not bake too much.
Kisena
I will try! only we will finish the cakes!
DEIK-66
Lena, can you bake this miracle in a bread maker?
Something not childish, I got carried away ...
Ilona
Sure you may!
DEIK-66
Thank you, Ilona!
Elena Bo
I never baked cupcakes in a bread maker. I don't know what happens there, so it's hard for me to say anything about this. Try it, tell us what happened.

I baked, everything turns out delicious, but I like cartoon more - I like it more in shape and there are no holes.
DEIK-66
Ilona-, if you bake in a bread maker, then what mode should you set (how long), at what weight (500/750/1000), crust (light / medium / dark), the order of the ingredients?
Once you have passed the stage of baking in a bread machine, share your experience, taking into account the adaptation to cotton.

Well, the stirrers from the bread machine can be removed for the baking cycle, and the holes will be well glazed or decorated with the same prunes.

The only question is - on what mode to bake, for example, in relation to washing Mulinex 5004
DEIK-66
Well, I took the risk of baking a chocolate cake using this recipe in a Philips bread maker.
It turned out so and very tasty:

Chocolate muffin with prunes (Brand 6050 pressure cooker).

Chocolate muffin with prunes (Brand 6050 pressure cooker).

Elena Bo
DEIK-66. And what a handsome man. Only prunes sank down
DEIK-66
In general, it turned out to be very dense.
The time (3:22) that was set for 700 gr., Medium crust on program 6- "Sweets", then another 30 minutes (10 + 20) was added in program 12- "Bake only", because after trying with a toothpick, was still damp.
Everything else is strictly according to the recipe, but I did not grind sugar with an egg beforehand, but laid it consistently in the mold.
For glaze I used ready-made in a bag from Dr. Oetker "Glaze", dark chocolate.
Thank you Elena for the recipe.
Elena Bo
Dense can be due to long kneading. I always mix dough with baking powder for less than 1 minute.
DEIK-66
Elena, yes, but in my case it was a bread maker with a pre-installed program. And she kneads "be healthy" ...
Maybe in this case it would be more expedient to use not a baking powder, but simple dry yeast like SafMoment?
Elena Bo
It's not a bad idea, then it should make a pie. Worth trying.
DEIK-66
Why not, Elena ?!
I think it's worth a try!
Zhannochka
Elena, please tell me, I have an ARC pressure cooker and I have a baking program, the time can be adjusted. I want to ask if you can try to bake on baking and reduce the time to yours, because I have baking for 40-50 minutes. Do I need to put baking paper and more, if I understood correctly, this is done under pressure? Sorry for so many questions, it's just that I have a cartoon quite recently and I'm still with it for you.
Elena Bo
Zhanochka, bake on Baking. It's up to you to add paper or not, because I don't know the specifics of your pressure cooker. I do not put it on, because nothing burns in my pressure cooker.
It may be necessary to increase the time up to 50 minutes, because in the Rice program, baking is faster than in Baking. Taste with a wooden stick for readiness. If it's not enough, add more time.
The Brand also has a Baking program, but the result on the Rice program is different - more tender.
Zhannochka
Elena, all the same, I did not understand, if you try to be ready, it means without pressure, just cover it with a lid, or put it under pressure, and after the pressure is released, try to be ready, and if you are not ready to add time and again under pressure?
Elena Bo
I translate the valve to pressure, but it is not accumulated. Not from what. There is not enough fluid.
Zhannochka
I understood everything, thank you very much!
Zhannochka
We (me and the pressure cooker) did it !!! Time set 45 minutes, it could be 40 tons, it burned a little, pulled out remarkably. Thanks a lot for the tips.

Elena, if I understood correctly, then the pressure should be high?
Elena Bo

oleco
