Can you please tell me, recently bought Kenwood VM260, and immediately when the ten is heated, a nasty smell (of plastics) is felt. I have one or is it a factory marriage ???

The smell is constant - To the workshop. Turn on the baking, if after 5-10 minutes the smell continues to appear or intensify (smoke appears) - to the workshop, if not - another couple of cycles on the baking and use it to your health.

Perhaps this burns the technical grease that was used to process the ten at the factory. I had that and I was scared too. Everything returned to normal

in reviews about this oven, I only saw bad things, and that this smell is a marriage. I would hand it over and exchange it for a more proven model

I have already called the customer service, if we go only after a week, my husband also agrees that this is a temporary smell, so there is a week for testing. I really haven't heard anything bad in reviews about such a bread maker ...
