Pumpkin cream soup with oranges

Ingredients

Pumpkin 300gr
Orange 1 PC
Carrot 1 PC
Ginger root 1 tsp (to taste)
Onion 1/2 pc

Cooking method

  • Try the most exquisite combination - pumpkin, orange, carrot, ginger ... Soup - mashed potatoes from these ingredients is breathtakingly good !!!
  • Cut the pumpkin into cubes or cubes, grate the carrots, finely chop the onion and ginger. Fry everything one by one.
