Ingredients

DOUGH:

  • Sift 220g flour. Add 100 g of butter, cut into cubes, and use your fingertips to grind it with flour until smooth. Make a depression in the middle, add sugar, yolk, a pinch of salt and 2 tbsp. l. cold water. You should try to speed up the process. Knead with your hands until a smooth, soft, non-sticky dough is obtained. Wrap in plastic wrap and leave the dough to rest for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

  • Dust the work table with the remaining flour. Roll out the dough on it into a thin layer.
  • Prepare a mold 20 cm in diameter, grease with the remaining oil, place the dough there, press it to the bottom and edges, the height of the sides of the dough should be no more than 4 cm. The thickness of the dough is no more than 8mm.
