Salmon mousse with dill jelly

Ingredients

salmon fillet (cold-smoked) 150 gr.
sour cream 20% 150 gr.
cream 35% 80 gr.
gelatin (preferably in plates) 6 gr.
a pinch of salt
yogurt 150 gr.
gelatin (preferably in plates) 3 gr.
dill 1 tsp

Cooking method

  • A simple, but at the same time elegant and tasty snack. Delicate mousse and aromatic dill jelly is a real delight that will not leave your loved ones and friends indifferent!
  • Soak gelatin in water and leave to swell. Squeeze out, heat a couple of tablespoons of sour cream and dissolve gelatin in it.
  • Grind the fish with the remaining sour cream and a pinch of salt in a blender.
  • Add gelatin dissolved in sour cream and stir well.
  • Beat the cream, add to the sour cream-fish mixture.

  • Divide into shapes, place for 15 minutes. in the refrigerator.

  • Soak gelatin for jelly in the same way as for mousse. Heat the yoghurt a little, season with salt, add gelatin and stir until completely dissolved. Finely chop the dill and add to the yogurt, pour the fish mousse on top. Place in refrigerator and allow to solidify completely. Remove from molds and decorate before serving.
