Cooking method

  • Take the pork, not very fat, cut into cubes so that they enter the length of the pressure cooker.
  • Salt, coat with meat spices. Let it stand in the refrigerator for 3 hours, you can leave it overnight.
  • It is better not to put garlic (when cooking, an unpleasant taste appears).
  • If you have a thin foil, take a double sheet, put the meat on it and fold it like a pyramid so that there is space for the juice. We put everything to the bottom.
  • We turn on the "Meat" mode for 20 minutes. Let's unlock the cover.
  • There will be a lot of juice in the foil. After cooling, grate the pieces with garlic and refrigerate.
