I met this recipe here: 🔗
The only difference is that there is an oven, and here there is a multicooker.

We will know that this can also be done in a multicooker! Recipe and photo copyright

Photo - yes, and the text, unfortunately, has been rewritten almost word for word. I'm not in a complaint, it would just be more decent to refer to the source.

I think you need to ask the author of the recipe to write the recipe the way she made the dish herself, in your own words.
This will be correct, since the pastroma is really prepared and the photo is there.
In a note, you can indicate: the recipe is taken for the idea ...

My opinion

Many thanks for the criticism, but there are many similar recipes on the Internet. In each, the ingredients change slightly. In mine it is mustard, it gives a special taste. It seems to me that you need to upload any recipes that have been tested in a slow cooker. I am grateful to everyone whose recipes I use, but I always add something of my own. I don't even remember where I got this recipe, it was written by hand. I specially went to the site using your link, I have not been there yet.

talady , and the roll does not crumble when cutting? How much is the finished product?
talady
No, it doesn't crumble. You just need to tie tightly with threads. When everything is ready, I remove the threads and let them cool, and then I cut them. I had a breast weighing 700 g (by the way, there were 3 tablespoons of salt and 1.5 cups of water, I am counting on the weight of the breast), it turned out about 650 g. This is not the first time I have done it, very tasty.

Glad you liked. My husband does not like poultry, and he eats it with pleasure. So I cook it often.

Thank you) Made according to your recipe, but also with variations. From the spices I had Italian herbs + basil. I also rubbed the inside of the brisket with sauce. Baked in foil. The meat came out fragrant and juicy. Thanks again for the inspiration. I will buy mustard and make it according to your recipe.
