Good afternoon, very informative and interesting site. Found a lot of useful information for beginners with a bread maker. I learned a lot about yeast, but I could not find at what moment and in what form to add compressed yeast to the bread maker. I'd like to bake bread from live yeast, please help.

Dosa, welcome to the ranks of bakers!
I still have little experience in baking, and yet I would venture to suggest that you first find the recipe you need (according to your preference), there are a lot of them here. I advise you to start with those where there are reviews ... In the recipe you will find when and which yeast to use. In some recipes they are crumbled into water, in others they are ground with sugar, etc. Be sure to read kolobok rule - articles by moderators. Start with a simple bread similar to your bread machine. Good luck! Do not be afraid, try it and you will succeed !!!

sella-
do the same as with dry
well, in the sense - first water then everything else or vice versa
as indicated in the instructions for the stove
if it's easier between water and yeast, a lining of flour

there is a topic about it
ROMA- did a good job and laid out a lot of useful information

It seems that you came to the forum to flood, reproduce your posts and do not even read the answers to them. We are strictly with this

I have already answered you here where to start you need to get acquainted with bread https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=309325.0
