Dry yeast 2 tsp
Salt 14 grams
Honey 14 grams
Linseed oil 20 grams

Cooking method

  • Dough mode in Panasonic - 2 hours 20 minutes, then for proofing in a mold - I got 40 minutes.
  • In the oven at 220 degrees for 30 minutes.

Loved the smell of flaxseed oil in the bread. And the crunching of flax and sesame seeds ... After the extreme click of the shutter, the bread was "torn" ... I had to put it a second time.

I also made such bread. On "live" yeast and reduced salts. For 500 gr. flour it turned out not very high, crumb knocked down, dense. I think because of the milk and the large amount of seeds that made the dough heavier. I would like to see a photo of the author's bread in a section to compare the crumb.

Finally I was honored to bake this bread yesterday. That there was no honey, then something else. Only I replaced linseed oil, which I never found, for sesame oil (after all, there is sesame in the recipe), and I also put salt not 14 g, but 10. Baking in a Panasonic 2501 bread maker on program 01, size L. The bread turned out to be excellent !!! Neither subtract nor add.

I saw your recipe, the baking caught fire, it turned out that there was no linseed oil and seeds - I replaced it with sesame + olive oil, added 4 tablespoons of sesame. The bread turned out to be excellent, delicious. Next time I will definitely try the original recipe.
