Ingredients

boiled-smoked brisket, bacon 100-120 grams low-fat
bulb onions 1/2 - 1 pc.
garlic 1 clove
cream 20% 400 ml. (2 packages)
parmesan cheese 30 grams
black pepper to taste (used lime pepper)
bitter pepper 5-7 thin rings (red)

Cooking method

  • Cut the brisket into thin strips. Cut the onion into thin half rings. Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
  • Creamy bacon sauce
  • Heat a saucepan, add brisket, onion, garlic and simmer for a few minutes until golden brown.
  • Add cream, stir, bring to a boil, reduce heat.
  • Add cheese, heat with cream until the cheese is completely dissolved. Keep on fire for a couple of minutes until the mass thickens.
  • Add pepper, stir, taste. The sauce is ready!

  • For example, fry beetroot and / or cabbage cutlets. It's just that beetroot and cabbage cutlets are not tasty, and if you add creamy sauce to them, sprinkle with green onions with green basil or parsley on top - it will be very tasty, appetizing!

I often make such a sauce-gravy in different versions, with and without bacon, add various mushrooms, thicken the sauce with cheese or flour - the result is always excellent - delicious!
