Water 4 measuring cups
Salt taste
Butter 20-40 grams

Cooking method

  • Just barley porridge as a side dish. Rinse the pearl barley well (until clear water). It is advisable to soak in water for a while (preferably at night). Then pour the washed cereal into the Cuckoo, add water, salt to taste. You can add a lump of butter. We close the lid.
  • Mode - cooker
  • Disconnected the Cuckoo 10 minutes before the end of the program. On the bottom of the saucepan, the porridge just a little "caught", but did not burn.
  • From the moment of switching on until the reset of the program, 50 minutes passed.
