Tortillas with onions

Ingredients

Dough
wheat flour 1 glass / 240
warm water ~ 0.5 cups or less
egg 1 PC
sesame oil 1 tbsp. the spoon
salt
Filling
finely chopped green onions / only green part
lard
Vegetable oil for frying

Cooking method

  • Add an egg to the flour, water, salt, sesame oil and knead the dough. Leave to rest for an hour, I preliminarily wrap the dough in a damp cloth or a plastic bag. Roll out a circle about 3-5mm thick from the dough. Don't forget to sprinkle flour on the table!
  • Grease the rolled dough very generously with lard and sprinkle evenly with green onions. We roll it into a roll. Cut the roll into pieces 4-5 cm long. Fasten the edges, flatten each piece with your palms into a round cake, then roll it out with a rolling pin. The size of the cakes is small, about 10 cm in diameter.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over high enough heat, put a tortilla, reduce heat, when fried on one side, turn over to the other and fry in the same way until golden brown.
