Banana buns

Ingredients

Dough:
Water 100g.
Milk 100g.
Sugar 20g.
Wheat flour 100g.
Fresh yeast 15g.
Dough:
Peeled bananas 2 pcs. (270g.)
Softened butter 30g.
Salt 1 \ 4h. l.
Vanillin 1 \ 4h. l.
Raisins 100g.
Wheat flour 400g.
For lubrication:
Natural yoghurt 2-3 st. l.

Cooking method

  • For dough, grind yeast with sugar, pour into a bucket of HP. There is also milk, water. flour. Turn on kneading for 1-2 minutes on any program until a homogeneous dough is obtained. Leave on for 30 minutes.
  • Chop bananas in a blender, add to the dough. There is also oil. Top with flour, salt, vanillin. Dough mode. The gingerbread man turns out to be soft, slightly sticky to the hands. After kneading, leave the dough in the KhP for 15-20 minutes. Then turn off the HP, pull out the dough, knead it (if necessary, dust the table with flour), form a ball, put it in a greased container, cover with foil and leave for 1 hour in a warm place. I put the dough in MV Brand mode.
  • After a lapse of time, knead the dough, stir in the raisins with your hands. Divide the dough into 16 parts, form a bun from each part and place on a baking sheet covered with paper. Cover with a towel and leave for 1 hour.
  • Bake preheated to 200g. oven until golden brown. The exact time depends on your oven. I baked on 2 trays for about 45 minutes.

Strange .. I do it in two different stoves and everything is fine - nothing is scattered !!! And you can knead bananas with a fork. They will still disperse when mixed in the dough.
