Ingredients

Assorted minced meat (without bread) 1000g.
raw onion 1 PC.
fried onions 1 PC.
salt, pepper to taste
Sauce:
volume. paste 1 st. l.
flour 3st. l.
water (broth) 4 tbsp.
onion 2 pcs.
salt, pepper to taste

Cooking method

  • Prepare the sauce: pour the flour into a frying pan, stirring occasionally, dry until light brown. Cut the onion into half rings and sauté until golden brown, add the tomato paste and continue to sauté for about five minutes.
  • Pour the cooled flour into a saucepan with strained broth (1 tbsp. Broth) and stir with a whisk until a homogeneous mass is formed. To prevent the flour from brewing and not forming lumps, the temperature of the broth should not exceed 50 degrees. Pour the resulting mixture into boiling broth (3 tbsp.), Add sautéed onion with tomato paste and boil at low boil. Before the end of cooking, bring the sauce to taste.
  • In addition to raw onions, we also put the fried in the minced meat, bring to taste. Divide into portions, bread in flour and fry in a pan
