Kalach "Corrugated"

Kalach Corrugated

Ingredients

Wheat flour 300g
Milk 120 g
Sugar 1.2 tbsp. l.
Salt 1.2 tsp
Butter 30 g
Egg 1 PC.
Yeast 1 tsp
For lubrication:
Butter 40 g
Peanut butter 30 g
Sugar 4 tbsp. l.
Cinnamon 1 tsp

Cooking method

  • We knead the dough of all the components, it will turn out to be quite steep, but plastic.
  • 🔗
  • We put it in a warm place for proofing for two hours. Meanwhile, from softened butter and peanut butter, sugar and cinnamon, prepare a mixture for greasing
  • 🔗
  • When the dough has doubled ~
  • 🔗
  • we roll it into a layer 0.8-1 cm thick, grease it with an oil-cinnamon mixture, leaving a small part, and roll it into a bundle

  • Now, stepping back a little from the end, we cut the bundle along
  • 🔗
  • and twist the "rope" in two parts
  • 🔗
  • Now it remains to fasten the ends of the roll, grease on top with the remaining mixture
  • 🔗
  • and bake in heated to 180about oven for 25 minutes.

I took the dough according to your recipe, and the fillings are 2 different: one is poppy, and the second is made of walnuts. I made two rolls, bound them together and cut them.
