Seligerovsky sauce

Ingredients

Basil 1 large bunch
Bulb 1 medium
Ketchup 2-3 packs

Cooking method

  • Dry the basil after washing and cut with a sharp knife. Not in a blender or food processor - with a knife!
  • Cut the onion into small cubes. You can take pure white or Crimean sweet onions.
  • Several types of ketchup - everything you have in the fridge - ideally 3 different.
  • Mix everything. Garlic and other herbs can be added to taste.
