Wheat bread Syabryna in the oven

Ingredients

Wheat flour 500g.
Fresh pressed yeast 9d.
Salt 8d.
Sugar syrup (I have maple) 5d.
Water 330g.

Cooking method

  • Grind the flour with your hands with yeast. Pour into a combine. Top with water, salt, syrup.
  • Mix according to the scheme:
  • 1 speed - 2 minutes
  • 2nd speed - 7 minutes.
  • The dough is soft, elastic. Non-sticky. Form a ball, place in a container, cover with foil and leave to ferment in a warm place for 90 minutes. I put the dough in MV Brand mode.
  • Next, knead the dough, form a loaf, put in a greased mold and leave to ferment in a warm place for 90 minutes.
  • Sprinkle with water before baking.
  • Bake in an oven preheated to 220C for 40 minutes. Last 10 minutes on a wire rack without uniform.
