Ingredients

Beans with vinaigrette dressing
Boiled lima beans 2-3 cups (used lima beans)
Sweet pepper 1 PC. ½ each yellow and red
Bitter red pepper several rings
Vegetable oil 3-5 tbsp. l.
Lemon juice ½ pcs.
Grain mustard 1-2 tsp
Liquid honey 1-2 tsp
Fresh garlic 1-2 teeth
Basil green 8-10 leaves
Cilantro leaves 1-2 tsp chopped
Salt taste
Fresh beets of the new harvest
Avocado
Pickled red onion several rings per serving

Cooking method

  • Boil the beans in water with the addition of salt to taste. I cooked beans in a pressure cooker. Drain the water, and while the beans are hot, season it with the vinaigrette dressing.
  • Preparing the vinaigrette dressing.
  • Mix oil, lemon juice (lime), mustard, honey, garlic (finely chop), mix well with a whisk until smooth. Taste and tweak to your liking.
  • Cut the sweet pepper into small cubes. Cut the bitter pepper into thin rings, remove the seeds. Finely chop the basil and cilantro with a knife.
  • Add oil dressing-sauce, chopped and chopped vegetables, herbs to the beans, mix gently and let it brew for several hours. You can stir the beans from time to time so that all the ingredients are well saturated and make friends.
