Since I really like mustard, in addition to mustard oil, 2 tbsp was added. tablespoons of mustard powder, 2 tbsp. tablespoons of white mustard seeds. And reduced the amount of sugar by 1 tbsp. spoon. For my taste, you can reduce the sugar even more. 🔗
The bread turned out to be airy with a pronounced taste and smell of mustard.
