lovely!

Are they salty because there is no sugar, or are they really saltier than usual?
Vitalinka
Merri , yes, there is no sugar in the sticks, and the amount of salt can be selected to taste. If their oven is for broth or beer, then the salt can be a little more. If for coffee, then I put a little less. But they are not very salty.

VitalinkaThank you very much for the recipe. I cook on it VERY often. But for me they usually turn out flat, settle ... Is there a secret? I have homemade cottage cheese, fat.
Last time I replaced the baking powder with soda, so they SO went up in the oven, and I took out the flat ones anyway.
Vitalinka
dimitrovahow good it is that the recipe stuck with you!

Is there a secret?
There is no secret. I also bake with homemade cottage cheese, try adding a little flour next time.
dimitrova
Well, thank you! So I will, the dough comes out really soft, it sticks to my hands. Probably because of the flour. I take only one local variety.
But somehow cayenne pepper was poured there from the heart - the men were able to drink beer twice as fast!
solmazalla
What an interesting recipe, but I just bought a Teskomovsky mold for sticks, so I'll try to make it with it (if, of course, I can distribute this dough on a baking sheet in an even layer).
dimitrova
solmazalla, Alla! And then tell us about the result, please. I also look closely at this form and it is for this recipe.
solmazalla
dimitrova, I'll do it in the evening, then I'll unsubscribe :)) But the shape is cool, you can also make sand sticks, and spicy and salty from biscuit dough. I looked at her for a long time, it was a pity for the current of almost 1000r.And then I saw it in a construction hypermarket for 500 and of course grabbed, yeah.
