Note

I experimented many times with proportions for this type of bread maker. And now I have achieved the optimal ratio, which is called "can be done on the machine."
The recipe used the measuring cup supplied with Delphi (Slightly over 300 ml.).
The flour was measured exactly "under the knife", that is, it was poured "with a slide" and the excess was "cut off"
And yet, since in Delphi two scoops knead the dough, then at the end of the "2nd kneading" process, you often have to take out the dough and give it the shape of a beautiful bun by hand, then carefully put the bucket on the bottom and let it bake

And how much flour will we have? How many grams and milliliters does your measuring cup hold?
Otez
The glass included in the kit has a capacity of 300 ml. I pointed out in a note that I measured flour with this glass "under the knife", counting specifically on users of similar HP.
Since my own recipes are not entirely suitable, I had to take recipes from this forum as a basis and use the intuitive-test method to bring it under my measuring container. I did not use the scales in principle, so as not to get used to it and manages to get by with the initial set (glass, double spoon) plus a table of the weight of bulk substances in a glass 250, a teaspoon and a tablespoon.
Again there was a problem - what is meant by "1 glass" - the physical volume of the container or the markings on the glass itself (1cup, 1 / 2,1 / 4.1 / 5 ....)
I decided to take physical. volume.

We take this table as a basis. What is the volume of a measuring cup (cup) in your bread machine? https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=161168.0

Measuring cup (cup) with a volume of 300/380 ml. contains:
- wheat flour 180/230 grams
- rye flour 156/198 grams

And then everyone will adjust the flour / liquid balance according to their mixing conditions, this always takes place

I read it, understood, I will definitely correct the values. Most likely I will take up the scales, but I didn't want to. The whole idea was to keep the amount of kitchen utensils used to a minimum.
Just today I baked a cupcake with rhubarb, it turned out that I need it - I will translate all the values into metrics and I will definitely post it.

Otez, a lush loaf!
Tata
otez, thanks for your recipe for Delphi. I got a good bread, but instead of 1 tsp of yeast I put 1.5 tsp.

I will try to adapt a very lush bread for my HP (bottom dry components, liquid on top) ... I would also like to know the flour in grams ... So far, the amateur HP acquired only this month. I really hope for this site

Thank you ROMA for your answer (albeit belated - I didn't quite get to know the site) In fact, there is a very warm atmosphere here - you can sit for hours ...

We take fresh yeast at the rate of 2 grams per 100 grams of wheat flour, and increase it by 20% if we add a lot of rye flour

Thank you
