Ingredients

Dry yeast 2 tsp
Wheat flour 300 g
Rye flour 260 g
Salt 1.5 tsp
Sugar 1.5 tbsp
Caraway 1 tbsp
Still kvass 400 ml

Cooking method

The weight is small, closer to M. Since I am still a baker with a month's experience, while I am doing everything according to the recipe, but I read that if you add 0.5 tsp of yeast a little and heat kvass to 40 grams, then the loaf will be fuller.

Did everything according to your recipe. I added a little flour during the second batch (the bun turned out to be watery). The mode chose "Unsifted bread" 3h. 20 minutes.
